The first month is mostly questions
A new hire asks a question, a colleague stops what they are doing to answer it.
Questions that were answered last quarter, in a thread nobody can find.
Search comes first
- A search returns the saved answer with its summary, the author's name, the reply count and the tags.
- The full conversation sits behind the summary, so the context arrives with the answer.
- The author's profile shows the expertise colleagues have recognized, so a new hire can see who explained it.
| @ acmeEach tenant gets its own subdomain, so the tenant is resolved from the hostname before any application logic runs. Cookies are scoped per subdomain, which stops one tenant's session being replayed against another.

Who feels the difference
The new hire.
Search comes before pinging. Last year's decisions and their reasons are there on day one.
The team lead.
Fewer one-on-ones to reconstruct what the team already knows.
People Ops and HR.
A policy answer saved once, from a thread or a forwarded email, is findable by everyone.
Questions about onboarding
How does a new hire find an answer?
They run a search on Pravodha. Results show the saved summarized answer, the author and the tags, with the full thread attached behind.
What can a new hire see?
Each entry is associated with a department and is visible to the people subscribed to that department. People can subscribe to as many departments as they choose, so a new hire follows the ones they need.
Does the team have to write anything?
No. Pravodha saves conversations that already happened. A teammate saves a thread in three clicks, and the expert who answered does nothing extra.
