4. Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Email Integrations
4.1 Slack Integration
Pravodha offers a Slack integration that allows Users in a Customer's workspace to save Slack messages and threads to Pravodha as enterprise knowledge. Pravodha saves only the threads that a User chooses to save.
- Customers are solely responsible for deciding who in their organization may use the integration, and for ensuring that capture of Slack content complies with applicable employment laws, privacy laws, and their organization's internal policies.
- Customers must ensure that individuals whose Slack messages may be saved are appropriately informed in accordance with applicable law, including GDPR transparency requirements.
- Saved threads are visible to members of the Customer's Pravodha workspace and are attributed by name to their authors.
- Pravodha processes saved Slack data as a data processor on behalf of the Customer as data controller for that content.
- Pravodha will not access, use, or disclose saved Slack data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
- Pravodha is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Slack Technologies or Salesforce, Inc. Slack is a trademark of its owner.
4.2 Microsoft Teams Integration
Pravodha offers a Microsoft Teams integration that allows Users in a Customer's organization to save Teams channel messages and threads to Pravodha as enterprise knowledge. Pravodha saves only the threads that a User chooses to save.
- The integration operates only with the Microsoft 365 permissions that the Customer's administrator grants through Microsoft's authorization process. The Customer may revoke those permissions at any time through its Microsoft account settings, after which Pravodha will no longer capture new content from Teams.
- Customers are solely responsible for deciding who in their organization may use the integration, and for ensuring that capture of Teams content complies with applicable employment laws, privacy laws, and their organization's internal policies.
- Customers must ensure that individuals whose Teams messages may be saved are appropriately informed in accordance with applicable law, including GDPR transparency requirements.
- Saved threads are visible to members of the Customer's Pravodha workspace and are attributed by name to their authors.
- Pravodha processes saved Teams data as a data processor on behalf of the Customer as data controller for that content.
- Pravodha will not access, use, or disclose saved Teams data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
- The availability of the integration depends on Microsoft's services and APIs, which Microsoft may change or restrict at any time. Pravodha is not liable for interruptions resulting from such changes.
- Use of Microsoft Teams remains subject to the Customer's own agreements with Microsoft.
- Pravodha is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft and Microsoft Teams are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.
4.3 Email Forwarding
Pravodha allows each User to forward emails to a personal Pravodha inbox address. Forwarded emails are stored as drafts that only the User can see until the User reviews and publishes them to the Customer's workspace.
- Users may forward only emails that they are entitled to share within their organization. Customers are responsible for ensuring that forwarding emails to Pravodha complies with applicable laws, confidentiality obligations to third parties, and their organization's internal policies.
- Pravodha identifies the User by matching the sender's email address to the User's account. Users are responsible for keeping their email accounts secure.
- Emails often contain personal data of people outside the Customer's organization. Customers must ensure that those individuals are appropriately informed in accordance with applicable law, including GDPR transparency requirements.
- Pravodha processes forwarded emails as a data processor on behalf of the Customer as data controller for that content.
- Pravodha will not access, use, or disclose forwarded emails except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
4.4 AI-Generated Summaries
Pravodha uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries of saved threads. Summaries are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are provided to help people find answers, and you should consult the underlying thread before relying on a summary for an important decision. Our Privacy Policy explains how saved content is processed to generate summaries.
5. Content
5.1 Ownership
Customers and End Users retain ownership of Content they create or submit to the Platform. By submitting Content, you grant Girivar Kft. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Platform. We do not use Customer Content to train AI models.
5.2 Content Standards
All Content must comply with Section 3.2 (Prohibited Activities). Content that violates these Terms may be removed without notice.
5.3 Customer Responsibility for Content
Customers are responsible for all Content uploaded, saved, forwarded, or submitted by their End Users. Pravodha is not liable for user-generated Content but reserves the right to remove Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
5.4 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform, you grant Pravodha the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.
6. Repo Points and Expertise Badges
The Repo Points system is an internal reputation currency that governs certain interactions on the Platform. Repo Points are not a financial instrument, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other currency, and are non-transferable. Likes that a User's contributions receive from colleagues generate expertise badges, which are shown on the User's profile to other members of the same workspace. Pravodha reserves the right to adjust, reset, or modify the Repo Points system and the way badges are calculated at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Girivar Kft. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to Customers or End Users. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without Pravodha's prior written consent.
8. Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data in connection with the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at pravodha.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
For GDPR purposes, Girivar Kft. acts as a data controller with respect to User account data, website and Free Trial data, and usage data, and as a data processor with respect to content saved from Slack or Microsoft Teams, forwarded emails, and other data processed on behalf of the Customer. Customers acting as data controllers are responsible for ensuring they have a valid lawful basis for any personal data processed through the Platform.
Where required, Girivar Kft. will enter into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Customers upon request. Contact info@pravodha.com to request a DPA.
9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Platform that is designated as confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential ("Confidential Information"). This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
10. Availability and Changes to the Platform

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Girivar Kft. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, or that AI-generated summaries will be accurate.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hungarian and EU law, Girivar Kft. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability to a Customer in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by that Customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For Customers using a Free Trial, our aggregate liability shall not exceed EUR 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Hungarian or EU law.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify Customers of material changes by email and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
