Introduction

Welcome to Pravodha. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the platform.

1. Use of the Platform

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in Hungary to use Pravodha.
  • Account Registration: To use certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to

2. User Content

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create and share on the platform. By posting content, you grant Pravodha a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content.
  • Responsibility: You are responsible for the content you post. Pravodha is not liable for any content posted by users. However, we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Use or applicable laws

3. Privacy

    Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data. By using the platform, you consent to our collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Platform Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to the platform (e.g., design, software, trademarks) are owned by Pravodha. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our permission.
  • User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of the content you create. However, by sharing content on Pravodha, you grant us the right to use and display your content as necessary to operate the platform

5. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violating these Terms of Use or engaging in prohibited activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pravodha is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. This includes loss of data, revenue, or profits

7. Changes to the Terms of Use

    We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use of the platform will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

    These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hungary.
