I worked as a Project Engineer in the Engineering unit executing USD 5.7 million CAPEX projects for DUBAL’s facility in Jebel Ali.
- Developed project objectives, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the refurbishment of the Demineralisation Plant and Chemical Storage Areas reducing the maintenance activities by 20%.
- Delivered project oversight to ensure that projects met schedule and quality standards;
- Ensured ZERO Lost Time Injury on all monitored projects.
- Led kick-off meetings, and facilitated coordination between area owners and contractors to ensure projects met budget and schedule commitments.

I worked as a Civil-Structural engineer on the following projects:
- Chevron Pascagoula Base Oil Project, Mississippi, a US$1.4 billion facility manufacturing 25,000 barrels/day of base oil, the main ingredient in the production of top-tier motor oil for Chevron, one of the world's leading integrated energy companies.
- Kitimat Aluminium Smelter Modernisation Project, British Columbia, a US$3.3 billion project to expand the Kitimat Works aluminium smelter increasing the output tonnage up to 420,000 tons annually for Rio Tinto Alcan Inc., the global leader of aluminium mining and production.
Surat, India
I worked as a Structural engineer on the following projects:
- Iron ore Pellet Plant, Paradeep, India – A facility producing 12 million tons/year of iron ore pellets for Essar Steel, a global integrated steel producer with an annual capacity of 14 million tons.
- Integrated Steel Plant (ISP), Hazira, India – A $5.5 billion facility with a capacity of 10 million tons/year built for Essar Steel.
- Vale Pelletization Plant project, Sohar, Oman – A $1.4 billion facility that manufactures 9 million tons/year of iron ore pellets for Vale, the world’s biggest iron ore miner.
- Multi-fuel Power plant, Hazira, India – A 270 Mega Watt power plant to provide captive power to the ISP at Hazira for Essar steel.
